Industrial waste gas purification and treatment equipment includes: activated carbon adsorption-desorption equipment, catalytic combustion equipment, UV photolysis, photo-oxygen equipment, regenerative equipment, VOCs catalytic oxidation and decomposition, low-temperature plasma equipment, biological filter waste gas treatment equipment, spray tower.

Activated carbon adsorption-desorption equipment:

Activated carbon adsorption equipment is suitable for organic waste gas with low concentration and large air volume (organic molecules, aromatic compounds, halogenated alkynes). Humus, synthetic organic matter and low molecular weight organic matter have obvious removal effect.

Before the industrial waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorption device, it needs to be pretreated by a primary filter to remove solid particles. After the waste gas is adsorbed and purified by the activated carbon layer, it can be discharged into the atmosphere after reaching the standard, and the exhaust gas purification efficiency can reach about 90%.

Catalytic combustion equipment:

The organic waste gas VOCs will undergo regenerative preheating before entering the oxidation chamber. When the temperature is heated to 800 °C, the organic waste gas will be oxidized and decomposed into CO and HO, and the oxidized high-temperature oxygen will be released through another regenerative type. The heat is finally discharged out of the RTO system.

The equipment consists of four parts: heat exchanger, catalytic reaction bed, flame arrester, and exhaust fan. Compared with direct combustion, catalytic combustion will have a lower temperature and more complete combustion.

Catalytic combustion exhaust gas purification treatment equipment needs to use platinum, palladium and other metal compounds as catalysts. Under the action of catalysts, industrial exhaust gas can be oxidized and degraded into water and carbon dioxide at low temperature.
